We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron Mastercard Switch / Maestro, and Solo.

When ordering Please make sure you give your correct telephone number, e-mail and billing address as if the order is going to be delayed it will be harder to contact you. When paying by switch and solo please note that the card number is the long number down the middle of the card, we will also need an issue number if your card has one and the cards start date. Most orders are dispatched by first class post or recorded delivery within a few days however sometimes an item may be out of stock, in which case we will e-mail you to tell you when you can expect to receive it.

Unfortunately we no longer take orders from some countries, due to the large amount of fraudulent orders / unreliable postage system. First class postage normally takes about a week to get to most overseas addresses In some cases a surcharge will be added for heavy items, we will inform you if this is the case when you order and give you the option to cancel

Returns / Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel and return any items you should do so within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Please return the items in adequate packaging to the address at the bottom of this page and a full refund will be issued. If your item is received damaged please call us immediately on 0118 9615869 and return the item for exchange or a full refund including your return postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on live material, I.E. Seeds / Mushrooms / Grow Kits. Please note that we cannot give refunds on sex toys due to health and safety reasons.

We try to be as fair as possible with all our customers but, we do always prosecute fraudsters as several people have already found out.
