By using the Wellcoolstuff.com website and purchasing products on it you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
You must be 18 years of age or over to view and purchase goods from the Wellcoolstuff.com website.
These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Wellcoolstuff.com and may only be amended in writing.
By purchasing you agree that all information provided to Wellcoolstuff.com are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or you have the owners permission to use it.

When ordering online once your order has been placed you will be sent an automated email confirmation.
This email is generated by the website and does not mean that all products are definitely available.
It simply confirms that your order has been received and is being processed.

Wellcoolstuff.com may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue products without notice.
If an order has to be cancelled any payments will be refunded in full.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

All products are subject to availability.
We do our best to ensure a good level of stock however in the event of a product being unavailable we will contact you either by email or phone and give you an estimated waiting time for the product.

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Solo.

Please ensure you give the correct telephone number, e-mail and billing/shipping address as the order may be delayed if we need to contact you.

The card number is the long number that runs through the middle of your credit/debit card and if paying by switch/ maestro or solo we need either the issue number or valid from date.

Most orders are dispatched by either first class or recorded delivery within a few days.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) GBP and include VAT.
If you would rather not order online we accept orders by phone or post using a credit/debit card, cheque. Postal order, cash, international money order in Pounds Sterling or bank transfer.

Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Graffiti UK Limited.
Discretion is assured all goods will be sent in plain packaging and the payment on your credit/debit card will be to Graffiti UK Limited.
Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded as long as we are notified within 7 days of you receiving your order.
All orders must be paid for in full before any goods are dispatched.

Overseas ordering

All packaging used is discreet.
Wellcoolstuff.com cannot take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise and therefore you should check with your local laws before ordering.
Customers are responsible for any Duty/Tax which may be applicable.
We can only accept overseas orders to be shipped to the cardholder at their address.
We usually say to allow 7 days for delivery to most overseas destinations.

For some heavier items a postage supplement may need to be added.
If this is the case we will inform you when ordering giving you the option to cancel.

Returns

If you wish to return any items you must contact Wellcoolstuff.com within 7 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the return postage. The returned items must be sent in adequate packaging and received in perfect condition.
Any faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days.
We will replace or refund the item including the return postage.
We cannot accept returns for refund or exchange of marital aids due to health and safety reasons.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product you should contact us within 7 days of receipt.
The returned item must be received in new and unused condition.


Security

When ordering a file is created on our server which stores the order information.
This data will only be shared with our payment service provider for the purpose of processing your order.
All data will be stored on our secure server for 6 months.
Any customer data can be removed as soon as the order is completed and received by contacting Wellcoolstuff.com by email, phone or post.

Wellcoolstuff.com will not share personal information with any 3rd party organisations.

All data is transmitted under SSL 3.0 with 128 bit encryption.

When ordering you should notice a symbol of a padlock appear in the bottom left hand corner of your browser.

128bit SSL gives over 339,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 possible key combinations that a hacker would have to run through to decrypt the transmission.
We use Miva which is the most secure online shopping cart system available and all our servers are run on Redhat linux.

On the otherhand it's alot easier for a hacker to steal information from you, if your computer has a Trojan Horse installed on it (a program that monitors your activities) a hacker can watch you type in your details. But there is an easy way to combat this!

You should ensure that your computer is as secure as possible you need the following software installed:
 - A Firewall program eg Zonealarm .
 - An Antivirus program AVG Antivirus Free Edition
 - An Antispyware program AVG AntiSpyware Free editon
All those programs have free editions and we use them ourselves.

You should make sure your pc is secure before disclosing personal information on the internet.

Comodo provides our SSL certificate. SSL Certificates are proof of identity and provide peace of mind.
