Amanita Pantherina colour ranges from dark to light brown, tan to dull yellowish. Often dark in the center, lightening towards to outside, and cap edges may be blackish, sooty, or yellowish-brown. Amanita Pantherina are very rare and the most potent amanita strain, traditional Siberian Shaman would use some 50% less Pantherina than the Amanita Muscaria (Fly Agaric) Amanita Pantherina are cured at source, they are picked and taken to special drying chambers 170-200F this process turns some ibotenic acid into muscimol which is believed to be most active.
